At Grace Grove Healing, we tailor our therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of each individual, couple, and family. Through client-centered counseling, we work to increase awareness of personal challenges. Goals are driven toward empowering clients by raising consciousness and fostering personal strength.
We conduct therapy to support change to improve mental health and well-being. Our therapy is based on the idea that beliefs and behaviors are learned and can be changed. Identifying and changing the unhealthy and unhelpful,
you can be unstuck to seize the change you want in your life.
We believe counseling is an active focused treatment that is centered on how your thoughts and beliefs influence your actions and mood. It focuses on your current problems and how to solve them. Counseling is focused on your past and how your thoughts and beliefs evolved based on past experiences. Counseling is focused on your present, what is not working for you and how you can change it. Counseling is focused on your future, ways your life truly can be more.
